20 Years in Telecommunications

MTK Plus LLP is one of the leading internet and digital TV providers in Karaganda. The company was founded in 2005 on the basis of cable television infrastructure originally built in Temirtau.

In 2010 we launched home internet services and have been steadily expanding our coverage and improving quality ever since. Since 2025 we have been actively deploying GPON — a next-generation fiber-optic network.

Today MTK Plus serves over 5,000 subscribers in the Maikuduk district of Karaganda, with two offices and a team of experienced specialists.

Key milestones in the development of our company.

2025

GPON Technology

Active GPON network rollout in Maikuduk district. Speeds up to 700 Mbps, bundled plans "2-in-1" and "3-in-1" with mobile service.

2020

Digital IP-TV

Launch of digital IP-TV service with a package of up to 180 channels in high definition.

2015

5,000 Subscribers

MTK Plus reached 5,000 subscribers. Network infrastructure modernization, maximum speeds increased to 100 Mbps.

2010

Internet Services Launch

Start of home internet services via FTTB technology. The first thousands of internet subscribers in Maikuduk.

2008

Network Expansion

Significant expansion of cable TV infrastructure. Opening of a second office in the Vostok-2 district for customer convenience.

2005

Company Founded

MTK Plus LLP was founded on the basis of Temirtau's television infrastructure. Start of cable TV services in the Maikuduk district of Karaganda.
